Wiped out and moving forward

It’s been a very challenging week again for me. I’ve been tired and sore and feeling sick. Even ended up in the emergency room with what I thought might be a heart attack.

Take some time each day to just be still and quiet. This could be the few minutes before you fall asleep, the time before you get out of bed or a period of time during the day. Make that “Me time”, time to nurture your soul and spirit.

New Year – New Life

For over a year I have been struggling with the decision to leave my well paid secure employment counseling job which was making me very ill and move into something that filled me up instead of drained me. The past few months have been especially challenging as I know I need to get back to work and did not know what work to be doing.
